BlueMart accepts the following secure payment methods at checkout:
All prices on the BlueMart website are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or wallet is denominated in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at the prevailing exchange rate; a small foreign-transaction fee may apply, which is set by your bank and not by BlueMart.
All transactions are processed over an encrypted connection (TLS / SSL). BlueMart never stores your full card number on our servers — payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). For additional protection, your bank may ask you to verify the purchase via 3-D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, etc.).
Your card is authorised at checkout and the funds are captured when the order is confirmed (usually within minutes). If for any reason an order cannot be fulfilled, the authorisation is released and no charge will appear on your statement.
If your payment is declined, please double-check the card number, expiry date and billing address, and ensure the card supports international online purchases. If the issue persists, contact your bank or write to support@bluemart.com and we'll help.
An order confirmation with an itemised receipt is emailed automatically once payment clears. If you need a separate VAT/business invoice, just reply to that email with your company details and we'll re-issue one within 1 business day.
