30-day return window

Not the right fit? You can return any unworn item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

What can be returned

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags and packaging (including the shoe box) must be included.
• Final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are not eligible.

How to start a return

1. Email support@bluemart.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Drop off your package at the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3 business days), we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know in your return email — if the item is in stock, we'll ship the replacement free of charge.

Defective or wrong item

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll cover the return shipping and ship a replacement immediately.
