Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+8) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, ship on the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 – 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside Singapore may be subject to import taxes or duties charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages
