How long does shipping take?

Are your sneakers authentic?

Yes. Every pair we sell is sourced directly from brand partners or trusted distributors and individually inspected by our QC team before dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at support@bluemart.com and we'll do our best to help. Once shipped, the order has to follow the standard return process.

What's your return policy?

Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See the full Returns Policy.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page lists the size guide for that brand. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend going up. Still unsure? Email us with your usual size in another sneaker and we'll suggest a fit.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries. Shipping is free on orders over $120.
